1. Order Cancellation
- Cancel your order any time before receiving the tracking email.
2. Order Cancellation After Receipt
- Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
4. Exceptions
- Non-refundable items: personalized or perishable products, and some sale or clearance items. Check the product page for details.
5. Faulty Products
- Receive a full refund or replacement for faulty products within the warranty period.
- We cover return shipping costs for defective items.
6. Digital Content
- No refunds for downloaded digital content once the download has started.
7. Exchanges
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt for exchanges. We process exchanges upon receiving the item in its original condition.
8. Processing Time
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing returns once received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
9. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
